new gift and decorative accessory store in historic downtown St.
Joseph featuring Sid Dicken's memory block tiles, Edward Wohl's
bird's- eye maple cutting boards, and porcelain serveware designed
by Bret Bortner.
Bret
Bortner, Form's owner, also maintains his design studio on the premises
where he creates new designs and plaster models for the tabletop
industry. In addition to Form, his designs are currently featured
at Crate & Barrel, Marshall Fields and Sur La Table.
