RESERVATIONS
We rent from Sunday to Sunday.
$200 deposit per unit is required at time of reservation .
Additional $200 damage deposit refundable within 10 days of checkout.
Balance is due upon arrival. (Cash or Cashiers Check)
Deposit is refundable with 60 day written notice.

All units are completely furnished (including kitchen items, toasters, microwaves, and coffee makers).
